December 25, 2003. My grandma buys me FFXI for xmas.
August 2, 2006. I marry the love of my life. Evie.
December 25, 2006. I quit FFXI as a xmas present to Evie.
January 23, 2007. Evie buys me WoW for an early birthday gift.
April 21, I quit WoW.
April 26th. Evie gets pregnant. Yes, we know the day when Madison was conceived
May 15. We move from Florida to South Carolina. Miss the white sand beaches, and the cheap shrimp.
June 1. Bought a Nintendo Wii.
September 8. Found out our baby, is a baby girl. Madison.
October 28th. Bought and Xbox 360. Challange me to some Halo 3. I dare ya.
November 20. FFXI Wings of the Goddess is released. I didn't even noticed. Honestly.
13 December. Reinstalled FFXI on the PC. Logged in.

I'm back. And completely at a lose what to do.

Also, does anybody have an extra ToUA PC CD laying around? I still have the Content married up with my play ID, but, I lost the CD when we moved. I'll mail the CD back too.

Also, I'll try and get some time tomorrow to upload my ToAU files onto my webspace and see if you can maybe download it from there and install it. Worth a shot, and would save some money on postage. XD

So, I noticed, that prices have DROPPED! like.. um, a drg tanking. What else has changed?

The exp lost when K.O.ed was lowered?

2H weapons were buffed, to a 1:1 Ratio aka 1 STR = 1 atk, and the same with DEX?

Mdog told me it, that it seems they nerfed it, just a little. to a .9 ratio. True?

RMT's are nearly shot on sight?

Any "Must have" items a drg would want to farm for?

What happen to the bank? I know I gave a few items/mil away.

Besides Markus, anybody else I would remember replaying?

this was debuff in a recent patch to a 1STR = 0.75(or so)atk same goes for DEX

Quite a few things have changed, and then changed again-- most people in the game still stick to certain stigmas, but it's becoming much more open to other pt configurations. Also, DRG burn parties in ToAU areas are not uncommon. It's kind of cool to see a bunch of DRGs killing the crap out of colibris. XD

But yeah, RMT is waaay down, as are AH prices on lots of gear-- it's almost financially viable to craft things again. SE put bonuses on Signet (I think after you left) that give me xp for smaller parties, so Duoing or Trioing is becoming more worthwhile.

As for the bank, you may have to wait until Ruuk gets back from Jamaica, though I'm pretty sure everything was sold and divided amongst the remaining players some time ago. Still, I'm sure there are people who would be willing to help you camp/farm up some gear/gil.

The bank was divided up and split among all existing members. The last of it was out of my hands as of 7 months ago. I admit it probably wasn't the fairest procedure to longstanding members such as yourself Kaifu. The truth of the matter is no one cared or they just weren't around.

Sorry for not being more clear on the details buddy but this all went down about a year ago at this time. Plus we've all had more important issues to deal with this past year. Just look at you, man. You're about to be a daddy. That's awesome!

Yea dude, I hear that. Cherish it for all its worth. I can't speak from my own experience but watching my 4 month old nephew grow up is quite the treat.
