PS3 supposedly had issues with overheating. However, all the friends i talk to that own one say they havent had one problem in terms of overheating. As far as the Wii goes, its obviously a very unique system. The ablility to download classic nintendo, super nintendo, etc etc... and the way you play games is astounding. Nintendo is trying something new and i think they will succeed. Its true both systems have very few titles out but give it time and there will be a plethora of good titles for both.

PS3 never had an over heating problem. The only issue they had was at TGS and E3 where both Xbox 360 and the Nintendo Wii has overheated due to being held in a small space with thousands of people breathing all over it.
If you seen the video of the PS3 dissection you would see a fan about 5 inches in diameter being taken out. its a beast of a fan.
